  1. Tuna salad is very good with diced celery and lemon pepper mixed with the mayo. Toasting the bread helps to make it more digestible but not everyone likes the nutty taste with sandwich fillings.

  2. That caprese will be dry a.f. Heck, any of the non-salads will be. Sandwiches need lubrication on the bread! 😛 And those eggs are way over done. They all look great otherwise.
