Turkey Challenge has record year for Helena Food Share

TAKE OTS LEFT COMMUNITY MEMBERS FLOCKED TO THE LEWIS AND CLARK LIBRARY TODAY FOR THEIR ANNUAL TURKEY DRIVE NOW IN ITS EIGHTH YEAR, THE DRIVE HAS RAISED MORE THAN 10 THOUSAND FROZEN TURKEYS FOR HELENA FOOD SHARE SINCE ITS INCEPTION

ONE OF THE BIGGER DONATIONS TODAY CAME FROM SO-FI WHO DONATED 500 TURKEYS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES RAISED 11 THOUSAND IN CASH FOR THE FOOD PANTRY FOOD SHARE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BRUCE DAY SAYS THEIR HOLIDAY MEAL PROGRAM WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT THIS EVENT AND THESE DONATIONS GO A LONG WAY IN THE COMMUNITY ##### TAKE SOT: XX:15 OC:SOME LEVEL OF HUNGER
