I'VE GOT A LITTLE HERB GARDEN IN MY YARD, AND ONE OF THE HERBS I HAVE IS A LITTLE BIT LESS KNOWN THAN SOME OF THE MORE COMMON ONES, LIKE BASIL AND PARSLEY AND SAGE AND THYME AND ROSEMARY AND OREGANO OR MINT, BUT I LOVE IT BECAUSE IT TASTES A LITTLE BIT LIKE LICORICE WHEN YOU RUB THE LEAVES, YOU WILL GET THAT NICE FRAGRANCE ON YOUR FINGERS IT GIVES THAT TIME KIND OF FLAVOR TO WHATEVER YOU ADD IT TOO IT'S ALSO A PERENNIAL SO IT KEEPS COMING UP YEAR AFTER YEAR BUT IT IS NOT ONE OF THOSE NASTY BULLIES LIKE OREGANO AND MINT THAT DO COME UP EVERY YEAR BUT THEY OVERRUN THE GARDEN THEY SPREAD LIKE CRAZY TERRAGON DOESN'T DO THAT

IT KEEPS COMING UP IT HAS NICE DELICATE LONG SLENDER LEAVES IT IS REALLY PRETTY YOU CAN PLANT IT IN WITH YOUR FLOWERS IF YOU WANT TODAY I'M GOING TO MAKE A SIMPLE WHITE BEAN SALAD USING SOME LEAVES TO FLAVOR IT ALONG WITH SOME FRESH PARSLEY

I HAVE TWO THIRDS CUP HERE THAT I COARSELY CHOPPED I MEASURED QUARTER CUP OF LEAVES AND THEN I CHOPPED THEM REALLY FINE I WILL ADD THAT I WILL TOSS THEM TOGETHER A LITTLE BIT THEN I'M GOING TO TAKE 1/3 CUP OF OLIVE OIL AND THE JUICE OF ONE LARGE LEMON, MIX THOSE TOGETHER AND THERE'S GOING TO BE MY LEMONY DRESSING TO POUR OVER MY WHITE BEAN SALAD
