MANY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE WHILE OTHERS USE TECHNOLOGY TO DO SO MICHAELA: BUT A NEW STUDY SHOWS THAT ONE IN FIVE ADULTS USE A SMARTWATCH OR TRACKER, YOU ARE WEARING A SMARTWATCH NOW WILL: I DO HAVE ONE ON MICHAELA: WITH FITNESS CAPABILITIES WILL: NONE WHICH GET USED ALL THE TIME

I THINK TO EACH THEIR OWN AND THAT MIGHT SEEM LIKE AN EASY RESPONSE, BUT IT WORKS FOR SOME PEOPLE AND IT DOESN'T FOR OTHERS BECAUSE IT CAN ALSO BE EXTREMELY NERVE-RACKING IF YOU ARE CONSTANTLY LOOKING AT YOUR WATCH, YOU WILL THINK YOU NEED TO MAKE A LAP OR TAKE WE HUNDRED STEPS IT WILL JUST CAUSE YOU MORE STRESS MAYBE IT'S NOT FOR YOU IF YOU'RE LIKE THAT FOR A WHILE I HAD A FITNESS WATCH AND I LIKED IT BECAUSE IT WAS A GOOD REMINDER AND I ALMOST LIKED THAT PERSONAL CHALLENGE OF HAVING THREE MILES, LET ME GO A LITTLE FURTHER THE NEXT DAY, AND THE NEXT DAY

IT WOULD KEEP YOU HEALTHY AND WAS A GOOD REMINDER WILL: WHATEVER WORKS, SOME WILL TRACK HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN SLEEPING AT NICE — AT NIGHT WHICH IS ALSO GREAT AND CAN GIVE YOU SOME ANY DIFFERENT THINGS, SENDING TEXT MESSAGES, EVERYTHING, WHICH CAN BE DISTRACTING MICHAELA: AND I KNOW THEY ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE, BUT HOW OFTEN ARE YOU ON THE TREADMILL AND IT SAYS YOU BURNED 60 CALORIES? YOU DON'T KNOW HOW LONG MY STRIDE IS, HOW QUICK THIS PACE IS FOR ME, SO I THINK THE WATCH IS CERTAINLY ADDING BY TRACKING YOUR HEART RATE IT CAN GIVE YOU A BETTER IDEA, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO WORK ON CERTAIN NUMBERS, WHETHER IT'S BURNING CALORIES ARE IMPROVING YOUR CHOLESTEROL OR WHATEVER THAT MIGHT BE, AND YOU NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE HITTING THOSE PEAK TIMES
