THEY COME AND THEY SEE ME JAZZERCISING AND I WANT THEM TO GROW UP AND BE HEALTHIER >> I DIDN’T HAVE THESE MUSCLES BEFORE, SO IT’S REALLY EXCITING TO FEEL STRONGER NOW THAN I DID WHEN I WAS 20 THAT’S JUST AMAZING LANIE: THEY WERE SO MUCH FUN MICHELLE AND MELISSA WERE VERY CANDID WITH ME AND I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR THAT

THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO GET OFF THE COUCH BEFORE AND NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH THEY FINALLY DID IT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO THEY HAD TRIED OTHER GYMS AND WORKOUTS, AND HADN’T FOUND ONE THEY FELT LIKE WORKED FOR THEM OR ONE THEY COULD STICK WITH BECAUSE THEY ENJOYED I YOU LIKE THE JAZZERCISE BRIANA: I REALLY LIKE IT WHAT’S FUNNY IS MY MOM DOES IT

SO OF COURSE, I’M NOT DOING THAT I’M FINDING MY OWN THING AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT WHEN I TRIED IT LANIE: I FOUND MYSELF THAT WHEN I FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE STEPS, WE WOULD BE ONTO SOMETHING ELSE BRIANA: YOU SHINED DURING THE STRENGTH TRAINING PORTION

YOU MADE IT THROUGH FOUR DIFFERENT WORKOUTS AND YOU DIDN’T SPREAD IT OUT OVER THE MONTH IT WAS LIKE OVER A WEEK LANIE: WE DID SHOOT THOSE QUICKLY KENNY: SO YOU DID BURN BOOT CAMP, CROSSFIT, THE BOXING ONE, AND JAZZERCISE WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST TAKE AWAY THE SIDES SORE MUSCLES? I DON’T NECESSARILY GO TO THE GYM THESE WERE ALL GROUP WORKOUTS I DO A LOT OF MINDING MY OWN THERE IS SO MUCH SUPPORT ONCE YOU GET IN THE DOOR, YOU WILL MAKE FRIENDS AND YOU WILL HAVE SUPPORT SYSTEMS
